Varying tasks

Varying the types of jobs, or the way in which they are performed will help to prevent occupational overuse syndrome.

Plan the process and be prepared to change if it’s not working as expected.

Swap positions regularly to avoid carrying out a repetitive task for too long.

Develop a routine and pace that doesn’t put any undue pressure on an individual.

Make sure that your PC is adjusted to suit you.

Make sure that your work station is ergonomically correct.
