Slide it

If it is not possible to lift a large object, rolling or sliding it may be an option.

Furniture cups or other devices should be placed under heavy furniture when we need to slide from one area to another.

Apart from being easier to move it is usually safer, more stable and easier to control.

Use a pushing motion (rather than pulling) as this easier on your back and you can see where you are going.

If an object needs to be unloaded from a table, slide the object onto a trolley of the same height where possible and then slide back from the trolley to where you want to move the object.
